It's with great unease that my first entry in this journal is following news of unrest in the Muggle community concerning witchcraft. Ten years ago I entered the wizarding world like many others, on the Hogwarts Express. It took all of two days to find out that some wizards would never like me because of something that couldn't be helped, being Muggleborn. Or more than that, I didn't deserve to be there or some other rubbish.
Now it feels just as natural to me as the very Muggle neighborhood I grew up in.
Integration seems to be having more than its fair share of failures. Thousands of years of civilization and people are still finding reasons, no matter how ridiculous, to pit themselves against each other.

Anyway, it has made work busier than it should be lately. Not a positive point.
